Within 48 hours of paying, if you have not used the paid features, write to us and we will refund you in full.

After 48 hours, or once you have used the paid features, that period is not refundable — but you can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again.

Charged by mistake? If you cancelled and were billed anyway, or were billed twice, tell us and we refund it in full, always, no time limit.

Cancelling is in your account settings. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not end the period you already paid for.

The Market

Sellers set their own terms and must display them. Where a seller has not set any, this applies:

• Item never arrived — full refund
• Item is materially not what was described — full refund on return
• You simply changed your mind — up to the seller

If you have a problem, raise a dispute in your order within 7 days of delivery, or of when delivery was due. We look at both sides and decide. Our decision on the platform is final, which does not affect any legal rights you have.

Boosts and advertising

Money spent on boosting a page or post is not refundable once the boost has started, because the placement has already been delivered. If a boost fails through a fault on our side, we refund it or run it again — your choice.

How refunds come back

Payments today are made by direct bank transfer, so a refund comes back the same way — to the bank account you paid from, normally within 5 to 10 business days once we have confirmed it. We are working on adding an automated online payment processor; when one is switched on, refunds through it will be described here.
