By using CelebIsland you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

1. Your account

You must be 16 or older — 18 for Dating, the Wallet and Pro. Give us real details. Your password is yours to protect, and what happens under your account is your responsibility. One person, one account, unless it is a page or a business account.

2. What you post

You keep ownership of everything you post. It is yours. It stays yours.

By posting it here, you give us permission to store it, display it, and show it to the people you intended to reach — that is simply what running a platform requires. That permission ends when you delete the content, except for copies that have already been shared onward by others.

You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it.

3. What is not allowed

• Anything sexual involving a minor. Zero tolerance. Reported to the authorities.
• Harassment, threats, or targeting someone for abuse
• Hate speech against any tribe, religion, region, nationality or group
• Fraud, scams, "yahoo", fake investment schemes, phishing
• Impersonating a real person or organisation
• Posting somebody else's work as your own, or their private information without consent
• Spam, bots, mass unsolicited messaging, engagement farming
• Illegal goods in the Market
• Attacking, scraping or overloading the platform

Fan pages. Pages about public figures are unofficial and must say so. They must not claim to be run by, or endorsed by, the person they are about.

4. Money

Pro membership is billed in Naira through Paystack, and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time, from your account, and keep what you paid for until the period ends. Prices can change — we will tell you before your next renewal.

The Market. Sellers are responsible for their listings and for delivering what they sold. CelebIsland provides the platform, not the goods. Disputes are handled under the Refund Policy.

Creator earnings are paid out under the terms shown in your wallet.

5. Moderation

We can remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. Serious breaches — anything involving children, fraud, or threats to safety — mean immediate removal and, where appropriate, a report to the authorities.

If we act against your account, we will tell you why, and you can appeal by writing to us.

6. What we do not promise

CelebIsland is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will never go down or never lose data. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

We are not responsible for what other users post, or for what you agree with another user.

7. Ending it

You can delete your account whenever you want. We can close an account that breaks these terms.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes go to the Nigerian courts.
