• Welcome new members personally, not with a template
• Keep conversation moving in the feed, groups and Spaces
• Run weekly prompts, polls and challenges
• Spot members worth featuring and put them forward
• Bring problems back to the team before they become complaints

You need to write well in Nigerian English and read a room fast.
