1. Who these terms apply to
These Creator Terms apply in addition to the Terms of Service to anyone who earns money on CelebIsland — for example through Creator Vault paid content, subscriptions, tips and gifts, paid Airwave rooms or events, sponsored content, or revenue sharing. If these terms conflict with the Terms of Service on a creator-monetisation matter, these terms apply.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 and have a verified account to receive payouts.
- You must provide accurate identity and payout details. We may ask for additional verification (know-your-customer checks) before enabling or releasing earnings.

3. Your content and licence
- You keep ownership of everything you create.
- You grant CelebIsland a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, display, transcode, and deliver your content to the audiences you choose, and to show short previews you configure, for as long as the content is on the platform.
- You confirm you own, or have all necessary rights and consents for, everything in your content — including music, footage, and the likeness of anyone who appears in it.
4. Paid content (Creator Vault)
- You set the price of paid items within the limits the product allows.
- Buyers receive a personal, non-transferable licence to view the item on CelebIsland. They may not redistribute it.
- Once a buyer has unlocked an item, you may not remove their access to it except where the content breaks our rules or the law.
- Refunds to buyers follow the Refund Policy; a refunded sale is deducted from your earnings.
5. Earnings, fees and payouts
- Your earnings are shown in your Wallet. CelebIsland retains a platform fee on each sale. [COUNSEL TO CONFIRM: fee percentage(s) — engineering must not publish a number here until it is confirmed.]

6. Sponsored content and disclosure
- If you are paid or given anything of value to promote a product, service or brand, you must clearly disclose it (for example with "#ad" or the paid-partnership label where available).
- Sponsored content must also follow the Advertising Policy.
7. Conduct
- Creators must follow the Community Standards.
- Do not buy fake engagement, run misleading promotions, or pressure fans (especially minors) into spending.
- Do not solicit payments off-platform in a way that circumvents buyer protections.
8. Suspension and termination
We may pause monetisation, withhold earnings tied to a violation, or end creator access for serious or repeated breaches. Legitimate earnings not connected to a violation will still be paid out, subject to the law.
