So long story short, if you’re a Nigerian living abroad, forget about eating swallow everyday if you want to lose weight. Otherwise let’s stop inconveniencing people at the gym abeg. You even have take away in your car as you’re working out. Not small take away o, the meat alone can feed a family of 4 back home in Naija. We eat too much, yes. 😂
