BIS FMCS Certification is a scheme introduced by BIS that allows foreign manufacturers to certify their products as per Indian Standards (IS). Once certified, the manufacturer receives a BIS FMCS Certificate, which authorizes them to use the BIS Standard Mark on their products. Without a valid BIS License for Foreign Manufacturer, regulated products cannot be imported, sold, or distributed in India.
