Air Max 270, A timeless design and slew of collaborative efforts has aided in the dominance exuded by the Nike Dunk throughout its 30-plus year existence while revisiting famed tones. Transitioning widely popular colorways from years past into its hallmark silhouette, the latest Nike Dunk High utilizes the colorblocking synonymous with the late Kobe Bryant’s favorite martial artist, Bruce Lee. Somewhat of a similar iteration of this silhouette actually popped up on our radar back in 2021, but this latest take has various features that allow it to stand on its own.
This Nike SB Dunk High comes dressed in a University Gold, Black, White, and Habanero Red color scheme. This time around, the High-top Dunk mirrors the same deep yellow hue from Lee’s jumpsuit in “Game of Death” being treated throughout the vamp, lateral quarter panel, laces and collar while the suits black trim is present amidst the models leather overlays, Swoosh and outsole. Blood red detailing is hidden away for a pop of the palette within the insoles and “NIKE” tongue branding while a clean white midsole concludes the most recent rendition chock-full with history and wisdom.
Such as the recently unveiled “Wear-Away” and “Hologram” — the Air Jordan 1 Mid offers an equal number of simple, everyday styles, such as this upcoming “Team Red” colorway. Much like the Dunk High’s most classic appearances, this Air Jordan 1 Mid is helmed by two colors: grey and the titular “Team Red.” the shoe comes constructed in all-leather and features mesh tongues and linings. The shoe has a grey base and features Team Red overlays that sits atop a white midsole and grey rubber outsole to round out the design of the classic shoe.
