Mode of Selection:

If number of applications are more, then choice committee will fix a requirements to shortlist the applicants. Only shortlisted prospects will be required the interview. Selection will be done on the basis of online interview through either Skype/Google Meet/Zoom or any other ideal software application, as decided by the qualified authority.

Applications got after the due date will be declined. The short-listed prospects will be notified through e-mail/website.

The interview date will be interacted to the shortlisted candidates through email.

Terms and Conditions:

The engagement will be on purely short-term and contractual basis for the duration mentioned in the advertisement. It is specifically for the above mentioned research work and the period will be co-terminus with the project duration or till the conclusion of period whichever is previously. The engagement under this project does not give any right/claim whatsoever either clearly or implicitly on the appointee for routine appointments in CSIR-NIO/CSIR, versus any post or otherwise under any legal conditions precedent. It would therefore, not confer any right/claim, implicit or specific, on the part of the prospects for regularization/absorption against any post in CSIR/NIO or under any other scheme of CSIR.

HRA will be paid based on the rules.

Incase of candidates qualified with NET/GATE credentials, they may be thought about for higher emoluments as per the DST regulations of project personnels, subject to the approval of task funds and approval of competent authority.

Performance of the project staff would be evaluated periodically so that any one not discovered up to the mark, could be ended with one month's notice or one month's stipend in lieu thereof.

The date for identifying the upper age limitation, certifications and/or experience shall be the closing date recommended for submission of applications.

The period of experience in a discipline/area of work, wherever recommended, must remain in appropriate area of work/field indicated versus such position which will be counted after the date of acquiring the minimum vital educational credentials recommended for that position.
