Unlearn who they told you to be.
Unlearn who you don’t enjoy being.
And Learn who you truly are.

Be mindful of how you speak to yourself & of yourself.
When it’s positive, pay attention, claim it & believe it.
When it’s negative, denounce & reject it.

It is okay and normal to have negative thoughts.
Don’t fear them.
Don’t accept them.
Just let those thoughts and emotions pass.
